Paid to download song, was informed that I must wait until payment is confirmed. How long?

I used my credit card! They even sent me payment confirmation. Still no download link. Called them. Got a recording of coarse. Their download policy is outrageous. I expect to have instant access to downloads when I purchase them.

Their policy has made stealing their stuff much more desirable than buying it.
