I also received that letter from IRG. It also states, "I know you do not want (to) let this $1,605, 578.67 opportunity slip through your fingers. I know you do not want to spend the rest of your life regretting that you did not act in time." Then they tell you to sign & date the form on the bottom of the page and send your $20 immediately, or you'll miss out. But in the fine print above the signature form, it seems that they're really having you send the money for a REPORT of some sort, so that they have an out if any potential legal threat should come their way. But the larger wording is so misleading that many people are sure to fall for this scam...
