Took money from my debit card

I checked my bank statement and found that I had been charged $1.95 and $58.63 for something I never ordered. I called the company and they said I did. I wasn't expecting this money to be deducted from my checking account and it caused me to have a non-sufficient fund fee which snowballed and now I am at a minus $239 in my checking account. I called them again and the lady was very rude and asked me how someone else would have my email address. They refuse to refund my money and I would like to know what I can do. I did not order anything from them. Thank you.
