Grant Fund Search
Charged my credit card $69.95, unauthorized. Authorized $1.98 only

I used the internet to find out about grants. I found Grant Fund Search and authorized a charge for $1.98 for a information cd, which I haven't received.

Instead my bank statement shows a charge of $69.95, which I did not authorized.
I tried to call on their toll free phone number: 888-210-2544. But on the 2 calls I did make, I was left on hold for over 20 minutes. The recording kept breaking up and cutting out. But no one ever got on the line, before I hung up.

I am going to my bank and fill out a dispute form for my credit card. But it looks like I am out $69.95. I am the sole provider, my husband is on disability and my adult daughter has been in 2 wreaks and can't work. I can not afford to have money stolen like this.

I hope this report will help and keep others from the same mistake.
