I purchased a 42 in Magnavox LCD TV in June and purchased the PPP. I notified the Co. On 1/2/09 that the tv was no longer working and was sent a label to return the tv. Being such a large package I had a few questions concerning the safety and Insurance so I phoned the Co. Once again on 1/5/09 and spoke with Crissy, I was told ther was a mix up and I was NOT to ship the tv that a tech. Would be sent to my home. I asked to speak to a supervisor in hopes of getting the correct info this time around and was turned over to Renee which confirmed the tech would be calling me within 48 hours. On 1/8/09 I called again because no one had contacted me. I spoke with Michelle and she informed me ther had been yet another mix up since I had been instructed to ship the tv then not ship the tv that there was some confuson as to weither a tech was to call me or not but assured me a tech would call with in 24 hour. I placed another call on 1/9/09 becasuse no onestill had not called me. I spoke with Donna which said a "part" had been ordered for my tv. I explained that no one had even called to set up an appointment to look at my set much less order a part. She said that sometimes thaey call diagnos the problem from my discription of the problem and if for some reason the part was on back order it could take a couple of weeks. I called again 1/16 and spoke with Brandy which was very sorry for the whole situtation and was going to go ahead and issue me a refund for the set and I should receive the "Gift Card" in 7 to 10 business days she then apologized for all the mix ups. 10 days later 1/26/09 and spoke with Tracy and guess what, another mix up. The credit was not processed correctly and was never processed. I asked to speak to her supervisor which was Sarah. After a 40 minute phone call Sarah apologized but said she would have to send a technician to my home. I asked for a number so I could call and set up an appointment myself and she refused. I then asked for a Corp. Number and again she refused but did give me the Corp address. It has been almost 1 month and I am still waiting on a tecnician. At this point I am No longer willing to accept a "Gift Card" as I do not have any desire to purchase ANY big ticket item from Office Depot. Please Help!!!
