I have been blamed and wrote up for alot of things that I haven't done and false aligations. Every since I tried to separate myself from all negative people thats when all the write up's from Robert started. He claims that alot of people accuses me of being unprofessional but never say who said these things or bring in witnesses. He ask me why come I don't quit in front of the warehouse manager they both made it seem like I'm a trouble maker because when I report things to them, one one else is bold to speak up. They told me that I will never advance to another dept until I get alone with this girl that calls me out of my name everyday when nothing is done about it. She gets treat like royalty when alot of employees and members complains on her. She suppose to get only part time hrs they give her full-time hrs and addtional pay for being a back-up supervisor. Ever after it was reported that she called a supervisor a bitch then clocked out in left without notifying a superior. Also this is the worst warehouse that any young black person can work. There are hardly ANY advancements for black people (if you don't believe me do the research). There are more than 30 managers and supervisors, 7 are black. This job has cause me to become angry all the time, stressed mentally and physically. I'm always crying in the car before I go into work. I've become sicker, I'm in the hospital more than ever. I have ER bills to prove it. I can not go back into that job site ever again. I just want my life back. I want to be happy again.
