Fraud fraud, pulled money out of my checking account Pheonix

Not sure how they got my information but they had a check written on my account that was printed on a computer, i call them on Jan 7 to report that it was a fraudgilant charge sd my bank told me to do, and have them remove my information. Lady said that it is canceled and there would be a refurn, a week later after not recieving a refund, i called back i find out why.

First lady i spoke with said that i needed to go to a web site and fill out a form that asked for my ss and my checking info. I did not fill that out. I called again to let them know that i was not going to send that infromation. The agent (nicole) asked for my ss. I asker her why she needed that infromation. At this time the first agent had pulled me up by my cancellation number. She said she needed it to get into my account, i would not give it to her, she said she could not help me then and hang up the phone. I called about 15 more times all ending the same way. I was finally able to gat a suporvisor (laura scott) and she said that they have not recieved my refund request.

I told her the number of call i had placed that day and that on one of the call the agen said that it was recieved. She said that i had not called that day because it was not noted. I then explained to her that i was at work and my phone records all out going call and length of calls, as well as records all calls.

At this time she was all ready to help me. She said that i should have recieved and e mail from them confirming rec. Of the request. When they sent me to the website to check the status it pulled up a page that said this is a copy of e mail sent to me and it was dated Dec 31 1969
once she confirmed on the phone that she had recieved my information she said i would hear from her in 72 hours. Well that never happened.

I called back yeaterday, and asked for the supervisor by name. They wanted to know why i wanted to talk to her and how i got her name. I finally got her. She simply got on the phone and said that my refund was denied. I asked how can you deny a refund on a fraudgilant charge? She just said that it was denied.
We need to sue this company. My bank is not pressing charges and getting my money back.
