Cheapabercrombie.com, brands-store.com bogus business, don't order. Scam scam london england?

I ordered a jacket 3 months ago. Have sent numerous emails asking shipping and tracking info. They reply each time as "already shipped". They refuse to give any shipping info. They refer you to a sight called www.store-brands.com which is also a bogus sight b/c there is no way to reach them and no one responds. Its a scam sight...
