Company charging bank account for last two months at 39.95. Did not give permission nor know what this company is. Have seen it as a ripoff on other websites. Plan on turning this over to fraud officer at my bank

For the last two months this company that i do not know who or what it is has charged my bank account 39.95 for services that i am not aware of nor gave permission for. I sent a removal from all list to their website. I am planning to turn this over to authorities at my bank to stop this fraud...
