I am a victim also of Mulloly Jeffrey and Flynn, almost 1.5 years ago based on a falsified summons they lien my bank accounts saying they served a fictious person. A male that does not exist
I had to pay an attorney to find this out costing me some serious dollars the lien was taken off my account but the civil suit is still open and i have a court hearing coming up over the next few weeks.
What i have found out by falsifying the court document of serviture they have committed a class d felony in new york see new york penal code 170.10
I know that i have them in a good position would like to communicate with parties like myself who have been victimized by this firm or similair tactics so i can be prepared if they do show up in civil court for this hearing which would amount to explaining why they defrauded the court.
