Charged outrageous amount of $43.50 for collect call to my phone

My Mom and Dad who are almost 80yrs. Of age went on vacation for thier 60th wedding anniversary.

They called me collect only because they had no cell phone service in that area.

They only called to let me know where they were staying just in case I needed to contact them in case of an emergency or something.

Well this little collect call cost $43.50. I will refuse to pay this ridiculous amount and have already contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I guess these people think the "little people" are really stupid.

Please, anybody who has been charged these amounts of money, stand up and don't let them get away with this.

This is insane!!
