I too have been bothered on a daily basis from this company and i would like to file a lawsuit if feasible to do against these Loan Sharks or just Ceo himself.
I took a loan with this company in 06' and up until then never missed a payment until Nov of this year and the killing part explained to them the problem and the arrangement i was will to do to repay the payment i fell short on and they agreed with the arrangements and you would think that would of been the last of the conversations with this Company NOT! Calls everyday all day until they recieve the payment so they say its there policy i don't believe that one bit.
So those out there like the others that are willing to go or get together and file some kind of suit against this Company PLease let me know - you can count me in there will be no backing out on my part because i am FEDup with them.
