Placed order with RelayMeds on October 3rd 2008 thru AlertPay.com. I have been totally scammed for $210.00. Never received order, i have contacted RelayMeds several times. First inquirey was sent on November 1st, i received a reply from Andrea Clark at RelayMeds, she stated that my order was shipped on Oct 15th. My next inquirey was mid November, also replied to by Andrea Clark, this time she stated that RelayMeds was only a pay site & that she was not responsible for shipping, or my order. I tried to contact several more times, all with the same response. I was also unable to log into my AlertPay account to file a complaint. I believe that the 2 internet websites are working hand in hand in scamming people. I want to warn everyone not to trust either of these sites. One will take your money & will not deliver your order, the other will help you create an account to transfer funds & then make it impossible to log into your account to file a complaint. My next step is to file a complaint for the website that redirected me to RelayMeds because they are affiliated. For now i will leave that site's name unmentioned unless i receive my order. Just for the record, i contacted the un-named affiliated site for a solution and my response was an offer of 50% off my next order with RelayMeds for my troubles. I want my order.
