Any one know if their is a class lawsuit started yet i am trying to get my money back

They got me too back in 2005 for 595.00 i did one photo shoot for babies r us but they would never tell me where he appeared at or anything about it the photo shoot was in hudson county. Please help these people need to be stopped!
