Aby a technicion from india phone: 866 378 1283 home office los angeles tel: 866 793-0454 ext 215, if they know you're complaing they won't answer the phone on call backs. They intentionally damaged my software because they wanted me to pay them an extra $100.00 for phone support. When i didn't agree to purchase, they sent me to one technician after the other to correct what the other one did, however after several apologys & several technicians later. They decidid they can't help me without spending more $ they removed the cyberdefender & was told i would get a refund, but when i called back to say that my pc was brought back to original factory settings which was done by them. I had no virus protection which i did have before i switched over to them then i was told by their supervisor i won't be getting my refund because of the time they spent with me (although) it was because of them i had all the problems to begin with.
