Charged my credit card $159.95 for a membership to save 20% on home improvements, who would pay a membership of that amount to save 20%? Stamford Connecticut

Good thing I check the credit card bills???
I had a charge for $159.95 on my MasterCard dated 12/8. Was a little crazy to me as the card is on my desk in the house and not even in our wallet. So I call, get a nice girl on the phone but will not give me any info as she says my Husband is the account holder. My husband has not carried this card in his wallet for at least 6 months. I ask what is the membership for, she tells me to save 20% on home improvements. Now, who in there right mind would spend $159.95 for a membership fee to save 20%??? What a big joke, scam, gotta figure out how they got the credit card number!!!
