Charged credit card and then did not ship goods or ever reply to email attempts or phone calls

After a dozen phone calls to an answering machine and only one emai that said they were looking into the shipment, we realized this was a fulfillment house and not a warehouse or a legit company, no address.
It has been 8 weeks and no replies, we are having to process a charge back form and fraud report with our credit card company.
