They promised me that if i bought there software i would be able to see a private profile especially my teenagers profile while it was marked

I was looking up ways to look into my daughters profile without her knowing to see what she was up too. This company promised me that i would be able to just by there software for 19.99/its a crock of you know what. Anyone have this problem please let me know. Also i tried to contact them no number and they never respond to my e-mails
