I am very disappointed with the Grant Master company. Teir website tells you that you are getting a free CD & only pay shipping & handling for $2.29. Very deciptive advertisement since when you talk to customer service they would tell you that have you seen some other agreements that you will be automatically signed in to this other companies which to my knowledge I havent seen any some form of communication & If I do I will not be ordering the material.
I am thankful that my credit card company is policing every transaction that comes in to my credit card & has informed a possible fraudelent activities on my card. The grant master has charged me $2.29 dollars & another 39.95,7.95,9.95 & 7.03 under different business names. I called one & they had told me that I was automatic registered in there site when I ordered the CD...
HOW COME The US business chamber of commerce had allowed this type of business activity in the internet???
This is a totally ripping off a lot of consumers... If the Grant website will print in the BOLD letter all of this upcoming charges, I am sure nobody will bother to order this material. I JUST HOPE somebody from our government or our law enforcer & people who have vested interest in continuing the success of the internet business to clean up this kind of dealings... Eventually this affect consumers to not want to do business or buy from the internet because of this fraudaulent act... Somebody should start investigating this company & help them responsible...
