Refused to exchange or refund items purchased by mistake

I bought $70 worth of Bisto Gravy Granules. I should have bought Bisto Gravy Powder, but did not know there was a difference.

British Delights absolutely refuses to do anything about it even though they were told that five of the containers are still in the original shipping box untouched.

I did not ask for anything regarding the one I opened. I realize that I opened the container and do not expect to be able to return it.

However, the remaining five containers that have never been touched should be exchanged.

There is nothing on the company's website about no refunds and no exchanges. You only find out about that after you have made the mistake of buying something from them.

I was under the impression that refunds or exchanges were to be expected by the consumer unless information stating otherwise is clearly given before a purchase.

British Delights is a misnomer to say the least. They are violating the law, in my opinion.

Everyone should avoid this little Internet rip-off business - don't give them the business so they cannot give you the business.
