J.C. Pennys did a writeoff on me. It is on my credit report. I am disable, 57 years old. My health is poor and Miland keeps calling my home stressing me out. I have asked them to not call me and this is a writeoff. They say that Ihad to pay them or they are going to take a judgement out on me. They get very hateful and ugly with me and with me bio polor and with asthma, I had to take a breathing treatment. I am tired of this and my grandson was here one day and he ask them to please talk niece to his memaw. I don't have the money to pay. I don't have the 1800 to pay a lawyer to file chapter 7. That is what consuer credit told me to do and that cost me 50 dollars to go there. Thank You.
