CCA Credit Service Division ripoff victimized many consumers ripped off and scammed

I had applied to this company. I agreed to pay 199.00 in 2 payments. I paid that. They will not let me cancel my membership until I pay my annual membership of 99.00 plus rush processing of 19.95 plus the balance i owed already. My total balance is
163.95.

I never used the services. I can't afford to pay this money as I'm disabled and live on social security and SSI.
I would like to have all the money I paid them, 199.00, and my membership cancelled and the balance I owe them credited back to me.
