Dillon arrived on 10/6 and he appeared to be in shock. He was very lethargic. His physical condition was deplorable. I received a urine stained, poorly groomed, sick and lethargic puppy.
I took Dillon to my Vet on 10/7. His back legs are very stiff, he has a hernia and a skin rash on his lower back. Worst of all he has Giardia.
I contacted this seller and was told they sent a healthy puppy or the vet would not have issued a health certificate.
It is now 11/17 and Dillon is still on meds for the Giardia.
I received a fax from the Breeder's Vet in OK 11/13.
It shows on 10/6 he received his Bordetella and Rabies vaccinations.
I was shocked to see the patient history report also showed he was given Drontal Plus. This is a med used to treat intestinal parasites.
It seems the vet is in on the conspiracy with this breeder.
He signed the health certificate on 10/6 to ship this puppy from OK to MI.
I can provide this document at any time it is requested.
I intend to file a report with the Dept of Agriculture and the Airlines.
I also filed a complaint with CAPS.
