Push Traffic, Inc - John Paul Raygoza, Joel Severino, Matt Alhouse Push Traffic, Inc. And Push Traffic.com is a scam, a rippoff, and a fraud - buyers beware!

On 9-30-08 I purchased a product online, (from a different marketer). The next day 10-01-08 I received a call from a Matt Alhouse from Push Traffic, Inc. He offered me a coaching program because he said the type of product I had purchased from (marketer name withheld) indicated that I needed some personal help getting started!

He inquired about my background, and then began his pitch for the mentoring which was to be one on one with guaranteed success. When I asked about what recourse I had if after trying it I decided I did not want to continue, he said don't worry about it you can cancel.

The cost was $2,500.00 which was kind of pricey, but he convinced me that should I purchase I could indeed cancel. So I went ahead and completed a form he faxed me and completed the transaction.

This is what was promised:

Date (s) of the Event Description Amount
15 Hours of 1-on-1 Marketing Mentorship
18 Hours of Group Mentorship with John Paul Raygoza
Free Landing Page Setup
3 Passes to John Paul's Underground Seminars
Estimated cost: $20,000 Waived
Subtotal $2,500.00
Tax $0.00
Total $2,500.00

On 10-2-08 I received a confirmation email from John Raygoza:

On 10-3-08 I received a call from Joel Severino from Push Traffic, stating that he was Matt's boss, and that according to the conversation the two of us had that he wanted to move me up in the Mentoring Program to Mastermind because of my background and skills (writing and teaching) however I would need to up my cost by another $2,500 to do so. Again I asked what happens if I find out that the upscaled Mentoring was not for me, and he assured me that I could cancel.
But convinced me that increased mentoring would put me in the top ten of their learning program and would allow me to have 5-6 sites at once increasing my desire for multiple streams of income. So I went ahead and completed a form he faxed me and completed the transaction.

This is what was promised:

He told me I would be contacted by a Dave Baxter shortly, and I was by e-mail in the evening of 10-3-08. I was instructed to purchase a Domain Name, and Purchase Hosting Services which I did (of course they were part of the Push product line) and which cost another $118.00.

I immediately received another e-mail from Dave advising that would need to download a bunch of software (free) to be ready to go when my Domain and Hosting account had been completed.

The next time I heard from Push was on 10-06-08 when I was advised by Dave Baxter that my rough Website was up and that I would from now on be dealing with a Coach.

Well... No coach ever called, but I called and got no answers,
I tried emailing and got no response either. On 10-31-08 I sent an email to Joel Sevarino as follows:

Joel:

Today is 10/31/08, with the exception of three e-mails from Mr. Baxter I have had no communication from anybody in your organization. Consequently, I am requesting a full refund of my $5,000.00 since the training solution outlined has certainly not met any of the contract terms. This is unacceptable and I believes borders on fraud, and definitely on deception.

The training promised has not been delivered, my communication details have been on file with PushTraffic since 10/01/08, so it certainly was not a case of being unable to contact me, but an un-conscionable lack of follow-through on the part of PushTraffic.

Please advise me when these funds will be returned to my account.

Sincerely,

Today is 11-09-08 and I have never heard from Joel, Matt, Dave or John Paul and am seriously at a loss of how to proceed further.

If you are approached by phone or e-mail by any of these people, delete immediately or hang up the phone - this entire business is a total ripoff. You will not get what you paid for, your calls and e-mails will go unanswered and you will have parted with money (in my case from my retirement funds) which you will not be able to recover.
