[email protected] United Nations In Central Bank - Barrister Mike Adenuga He e-mailed me I would be receiving $50,000.00 as compensation because I am part of a scam.internet

I receive an e-mail from Barrister Mike Adenuga stating he had been delegated from the United Nations in central bank to pay $50,000.00 to 50 victims of a scam. He latter informed me I will have to send $450.00 to cover insurance. I'm wondering if this is a scam or not.
