These shysters destroyed a 60" sony HD television during our move from Dallas to Alpine Texas. We were told that our possessions would be shrink wrapped and protected. They were not. They also lied about the 90-day filing period. There was no way we could have known the set was broken until it was actually connected to a cable/satellite service. That witch - Jody Piper - is trying to say that the set was already broken. Their employees knew that the set was not broken when they picked it up on the first of July but it was broken on the third of July. Unless consumers want to suffer the same fate as I, please do not consider these scam artists when considering moving company options.
