Claim to be agents for the American Visa Lottery. Want name, occupation phone, fax, sex, age and country

I was sent an email that claims that I have won a secondry prize for the American Visa Lottery and that my email address was the winner. I will receive one million american dollars and all I have to do is respond to the above email with the following information. Full names, phone number, fax number, Occupation, sex, age, address, and country. I have been asked to keep it secret until everything has been confirmed as there was previously a mix up in the winning numbers. I have three weeks to respond or my ticket goes back into the draw.
