Sharper image massager heat balls

I purchased a hand massager that was supposed to come with 4 sets of balls i received the massager and an empty bag that 4 sets of balls that were supposed to be in. I contacted them and was told sorry out of business.

I just want the balls that were supposed to come with the massager.
