Have been promising a rfund in the amount of 800 dollars for over 2 months now. Even have recieved confirmation e-mails the refund would be here bt oct 16th. No refund has been recieved, will not let us speak to a supervisor Internet

Paid this co. Over 800 dollars to help with a child support case. Took our money, then said they could'nt help us. They said we would be recieving a refund in full in 2 wks. It has been over 2 mo. Now. When we call they will not let us speak to a supervisor, and keep giving different excuses why the money is not there. We have even recieved e-mail confirmations saying we would have our money by oct 13. Still no money. We feel we have been ripped off, and this is a fraudulent company.
