Discriminatory & illegal hiring practices (MANY EEOC rules broken)

This company has to be the most preposterous staffing firm I have ever seen. First, they waste weeks of time "making sure they're making the right decision" and then when they find something personal they can use against the proper candidate to fill one of their internal or external roles, they simply tell you that it won't work out until you realize the "real" reasoning behind their baseless claims...

*Let's take this real world example to use as proof shall we? *

Candidate T hears about an internal role with Morningstar Resource Group as one of their professional staff. Candidate T calls them, tells them their situation (that candidate T just got laid off and that they have to find work as quickly as possible to pay their bills). Morningstar speaks to candidate T on the phone, schedules an in person meeting with the candidate and then proceeds to spend a whopping 2 hours meeting candidate T for a Face to Face interview. It goes well, Morningstar tells candidate T that they like him so let's do a follow up interview with the other management members to scale T's personality. T tells them that they must wait until their other interviews are over to make a decision like that. So we fast forward one week, candidate T likes the company (at first) and decides to schedule a follow up interview with Morningstar for the role. Morningstar's HR Manager, President, sr. Recruiter & VP meet with T and again, it takes another whopping 2 hours of time to meet with them. Once it's all done with, 2 days later, T gets a call from Morningstar telling them that they cannot move forward at this time due to "budgeting restrictions" I.E. Can't afford them. So T feels pretty tiffed at having T's time wasted like that. So, T calls the HR Manager back and explains that T feels as if they've had their time wasted. Then, the HR Manager strikes back with the "real" reason behind their decision. They'd rather not hire anyone who badmouths other people online. Of course, T has NO idea what the HR Manager was talking about and comes to find out that they've dug up ancient internet postings on one of T's various forum posts and/or website information.

The president and her husband are both serious bible thumping Christian-iacs and they both referred to their positions in the church next door as they were both reverends. They use deceptive practices, they lie, and most importantly, they waste time. Even more concerning is that they reference other ethnicities as being not able to fill their jobs because "they can't speak English even if their lives depended on it".

The whole company raises a red flag and it's no wonder why they've had one internal staff position open for more than 6 months. No one wants to get underpaid to work in that type of environment.
