This company claims to see refurbished wiis for 19.99 but they never ship the product. When i attempted to go back and track my order for a month they showed it being sent through customs. Now, 2 months later the site is no longer active. There is no way to contact anyone. Their policy stated that the products should be shipped from them within 8-10 business days ~ I placed my order on August 6.
I will be asking my bank to file a claim but I am not sure they will. This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas present for my children (and the only way i could possibly afford to get them this). We live paycheck to paycheck and this is devastating.
