When a judge goes bad
Its always sad when a judge is corrupt. The public should be able to trust these people to follow the law and report facts honestly.
Sadly, as society in general has become more and more corrupt, the judiciary has headed in the same direction.
This is the story of a judge gone bad. A man who could have, if he had been interested in telling the truth, done a great work for society.
Mr. Stephen lamb
It's the story of Vice Chancellor Stephen Lamb at the Delaware Chancery Court.
In a January 6, paper, Mr. Lamb made statements which were not just false, but also completely unsupported by documentary evidence or testimony in other words total fabrications.
Save your money and buy a novel in the dime store
And the moral of the story? If you want to read fiction which is no far from reality that it could be set in the Starship Enterprise, buy the book instead. It will be cheaper.
Falsehood on company treasurer
Lamb claimed, Since 1992, Jacobson has been the Company's President, Treasurer, Secretary, and its sole director.
How do we know this is a deliberate falsehood? Too easy. It contracts a bank resolution signed by Mr. Jacobson which says something totally different (see attached)
This was signed by Mr. Jacobson in June of 1996, and specifically contradicts Vice Chancellor Lamb's deliberate lie.
Mr. Lamb had this document in his files, yet made a statement directly contrary to the documentary evidence.
And after a trial? Oh, no, the judge was too busy to conduct a trial. He just wrote up his falsehoods as a work of fiction.
Falsehood on company ownership
Lamb claims, TDC is a small, family-operated company. This falsehood lacks any evidentiary basis.
Falsehood on security clearance
Lamb claims, Because of the nature of its work, all of the Company's officers, directors, and major stockholders must have security clearance. But his contention is a lie. How do we know?
According to the June 18, verified complaint by Mr. Jacobson. It shows that a security clearance was not necessary to own a 45% block of stock.
Falsehood on clearance for work
Lamb claims, In addition, all employees and independent contractors who work on government projects for the Company must have security clearance.
How do we know Lamb is lying? Please consider the verified complaint by Jacobson which says the company engaged in unclassified work.
Falsehood on brotherhood
Lamb claimed the plaintiff was a brother to the defendant. This unfortunate fabrication was not just irrelevant, but totally false.
Lie on name change
Lamb contends the defendant changed his name to Jimmy Carter. But Lamb was lying. This was a total fabrication.
By no means comprehensive
There are many more lies which Stephen Lamb has written. But these are enough to give a flavor of the man and his methods.
Lamb's falsehoods were brought to his attention. But he just didn't care.
If you want quality fiction for a high price, go straight to the Delaware Chancery Court and ask for Stephen Lamb by name.
You will not be disappointed.
On the other hand, if truthful statements based on real evidence matter to you, avoid this dirty judge like the plague.
