It all started by the advertisment in the news paper saying the ultimatecardeal was a good place to purchase a car. I called to schedule an appointment being the place is only open to the public 8 days out of the month. So they gave me an appointment and a secret pass code to get in and take a look at their inventory. I was interested in one of their cars that was a resonable price. When we suggested information on the car and asked why it was so cheap, zachary kessler stated it was the starter and it would be $350 to replace it with a new one. And not to mention that all cars came with a 90 day warrenty and we would get half off on all parts if we fixed it threw them. So we made a down payment for the car of $900 and went home and was told to return in 72 hours to pick up the car and pay the remaining balance.
Before the 72hrs were up we decided not to take the car and we requested for a refund. Zach told us no refunds i'm keeping your money regardless if you take the car or not. Now at this point we were very angry and unsatisfied and we didn't want to loose our money we ask if he can give us some 17' mercedes wheels he had. So he agreed to it and gave it to us.
Now the tricky part was when we got home we noticed the wheels were 18' and not 17' as advertised on their website. At this point we were very uspet and called the police to accompany us to the warehouse to get our money back. The officer that came to the site said they had been there numerous times for people that had gotten ripped off and that they couldn't do anything. So i contacted the better business beaur and the city of pompano beach licencing dept. And the new to get this guy outta business... This is a scam do not go there... This guy is mean and has a bad record...
