Grant Master - The Raven Media Team
Put my checking account in the negative

I have been out of work since 08/29. I have no income such an unemployment or disability&nothing. So, being the citizen that I am and did not want to ask for any "freebies" I said okay, let's see what is on the internet that I could make money to support myself.

I received the email from grant master first. I responded to the email agreeing to pay the $1.29 for shipping and $1.00 for processing of the CD. I did not go into anything else on their website so I did not know about any other charges. I don't even remember seeing the other categories until I received an email back from grant master thanking me for my order, even then there was nothing on the page that stated I was going to be billed for anything else.

So a week later I am going through my statement and my bank has charged me an overdraft fee of $33.00 and $66.00 dollars. These jerks used my check card to bill me $1.25 and $39.95. I got them to take those charges off after a week of phone calls, but they will not cover the overdraft fees.

Guess what, neither will my bank. Guess what again, I now have a negative amount in my checking of $83.40 no job to cover the money, no money to put gas in the vehicle to look for a job, and when people run credit checks on you to check you out for a job now all they will see is that I can't even manage my bank account so how can I do a job for them.

I want this company to know that I am on the verge of killing myself, this was the final straw, I have no place to go from here. I can't go to jail because I can't put the money in my account and my bank said they will not cover it because it is not a banking error.

Is there any one that can help put companies like this out of business?

Please tell me what else I can do, I received a voicemail from grant master finance department today stating that I should have read the information on the links so I am responsible for the charges. How can a person protect themself?

I only had $3.80 in my account when they sent these charges through-why would I order something that I have no money to pay for it?
