Deanna Figueroa is a nut-job. I sold her an item on ebay and TWENTY-TWO hours later she left me negative feedback because she hadn't received her item. I asked nicely why she went psycho on me and she said, "I run a business and I get all my items delivered within 24 hours!!!"
