This is to confirm and substantiate all the complaints found on the Internet.

I ordered the Trial Package and nothing else.invoice arrived with the package, containing the trial offer and 2 other items.

Checked my bank account found they had charged me. The invoice stated that the POMClear was a 1 month supply and was the trial bottle.

I called to inquiry what was going on and they told me that I signed up as a member, which I did not. Asked them for the RMA number which I was given. Returned merchandise.

A week later bank account showed a charge of $39.95. Called again and asked what this was for? Told that was the charge for the POMClear after the 14 day trial.

First, Invoice said it was a Trial Bottle of one month's supply. However, the support person, would not give a name, said that it was only for 14 days.

If this isn't FRAUD, I will have to go back to legal school.
