Tosha Boshranger, Director of Operations makes several allegations throughout her emails such:
1. On August 15th, I requested to have the account terminated. She admits twice through the emails that it was actually she who voluntarily terminated my account on August 15th without a valid reason or (verbal or written) permission from me. She sent me the termination by email on August 26th. The day after Meridian headquarters received and signed for the certified letter requesting that I have my phone service terminated.
2. After the BBB complaint was filed, she emailed me to say she felt threaten. I notated that on my BBB complaint record and told her that we should discontinue talking about the issue via email since she felt threaten. She repeatedly sent me hostile emails after I told her that I informed the BBB of her allegations of threats. If I threaten her, why is she sending me hostile emails even after I told her not to contact me? I stop responding to her. The emails will show that she is threatening and attempting to use intimidation towards me.
3. I used aggression towards her and staff. I have asked her to provide some type of evidence to support this claim. She still has not done that. Besides, Jean, the receptionist, I haven't spoken to any of her staff members. As a matter of fact, the documentation proves that her staff wouldn't even talk to me by email or phone. I have NEVER met her or any Meridian staff members. I have NEVER been inside a Meridian office building. I always send my daughters and son to pick up my mail. This is one of the excuses she used when she couldn't give me a valid reason why she terminated my account.
4. I need to stop calling her. I have not talk to her since June of this year. She is the one that has repeatedly asked me to call her which I refused. I have attached the emails from Ms. Boshranger proving this fact.
Ms. Boshranger is and will be the downfall of Meridian Business Center. I have voice my complaint against Meridian Business Center. I have received numerous emails from people looking for office space and virtual offices who have stated they will not do business with Meridian Business Centers. Meridian Business Center has lost clientele and I have the emails from business owners looking for offices to prove it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MERIDIAN BUSINESS CENTERS IN THE DALLAS/FORT WORTH AREA.
Meridian still has money and refuses to send it to me. They refuse to pay for me to setup service with another business center. The BBB of Dallas and Fort Worth are investigating this company.
