MHIC # 42912 this company operates under several names such as MARYLAND WATERPROOFING, EAST COAST, AAA WATERPROOFING, ACTION WATERPROOFING to name a few, the same people answer the phone for all the names, the same salesmen show up to rip you off from all the names, this way they can price fix. This company does not pay there subs when work is finished and collected from the public that they tell they do not use subcontractors, this puts lets your property open to leans filed by workers who are not payed, does not pay social security on there people yet requires them to work there hrs & start as required by them.
Uses illegal documented workers with spanish names if you know what I am saying. Pressures customers to start jobs that have not even waited the state required 3 days and sometimes the customers have not even signed the contract and they start the job. Be aware of the salesmen who promisses everything but does not write info in on the contract - they are very good at that, then say you signed it and that is all we will do for you!!
