On June 07, I visited a campsite after being offered a three day stay, free of charge and $100.00 worth of gas. I listened to a 90 minute presentation and tour, which was only suppose to be 1 hour. I really had no interest in the three day stay, or the campsite, as I have very ill parents and cannot spare the time.
On the 14Th I, as instructed, sent my registration form "Certified" and within several weeks or so, I received my booklet of 5 $20.00 coupons. On July 17Th, as required, I sent a gas receipt for $20.00, with my first coupon again "Certified". On July 25th they signed the receipt and returned it to me. So far I have not received any response to my request for reimbursement. I am not optimistic, after reading other comments, that I will ever receive any "Free" gas. Is there any interest in a "Class Action" lawsuit, for breach of contract.? Does anyone know a lawyer, willing to review these negative experiences, to determine if such a lawsuit would be justified, in a effort, to fully receive promised reimbursements.?
