Our Story:
If we can serve a 2-year-old warrant on a selfish highly deceptive person named Michelle Martin, we could locate her and put an end to her path of destruction. She fought us for custody of my husband's baby 4 1/2 years ago with the help of her mother Stephana. What her mother did not know was that if we had given Michelle enough drug money in the beginning She was going to give us the baby.
Instead we logged everything, used the courts and Won full custody, she was given supervised visitation since she had hid the child before with help of family (Stephana) and other abusive reasons on her family's side.
She decided that wasn't good enough and within 6 months completely disappeared. Except for an occasional harassing call.
We had to find her to try to get help with child support. She said " IM NOT PAYING YOU!" and although two years ago a warrant was issued out of Saint Lucie County Florida She WAS RIGHT! THEY have not made her pay A Dime! She has knowingly drove on a suspended licensee for 2-3 years also.
Her Mother who is an HRS Worker, has tried to get us in trouble and infuriated the police by telling HRS we took the child 2 years after we had custody. A police officer & social worker came to my home out of the blue and talked to the child and my kids (unraveling a lot of counseling we had already been through). Luckily when I found the 2 year old document that showed we had sole custody they left disgusted with Michele's mom (Stephana Cox) for wasting their time. Yet they never followed through on her filing a false report!
Michelle called here one day to harass us, the child's' name showed up on caller ID! It took my husband a couple days, but he found out Michelle had fraudulently used the child's name & Social Security number to turn on a phone at her new apartment. Tampa Bell (or GTE) turned it off when they were notified and a great GTE lady even put together a report. Michelle swore to her, while she had the Social Security Administration on the line that it was her own (Michelle's) number and only when they confronted her that it was a child's Soc. Sec. # did Michelle hang up. Michelle also turned on her electricity the same way.
My husband called to make a report with New Port Richey Detectives but they said they were too busy and call back if she actually ran up any bills. Living far away has made it exhausting trying to clear up that mess, apparently it can affect our daughter's credit even for college someday.
This is why we pray someone will see this who lives by her or knows her and she can be arrested soon.
Our daughter is now 6 1/2 in a great private school and has dreams of college her mom has not seen her since she was around two years old. I am amazed her grandma has ignored our daughter's pleas in the past to tell her where her mommy went. We know through the grapevine she still sees Michelle and probably lets her live with her.
Remember if you are in this situation never say anything bad about the deadbeat parent to your child. As much as you despise this person Let it be their problem explaining themselves to the kids some day. Let the kids rebel on them for being rotten parents! You will just look that much better to your baby that you tried to raise them and make them feel good about themselves they will see the light on their own
