When I applied to this company, I received an email stating I needed to fill out the application and mail $8.95 for shipping and handling of software and training materials. The email stated that they would send me an email when my application and fee were received. Needless to say, I never received that email so I emailed them asking what was going on. First they said they needed my name and address so they could look it up, after that was sent I waited some more. After another week went by I started emailing them again. I sent numerous emails only to finally be responded to saying everything was mailed. I still have not received anything and that was a few weeks ago. I wrote to them requesting a refund and still haven't heard anything back.
