Consumer's Reward Program Lottery held on June 20

I also received a letter with a check for $3900.00. And "for security reasons, we advise that you keep this award from public notice until the claims have finalized." Well I would like to make this public, I called the number, spoke with a man that I couldn't even understand. I asked he to spell his name to me, he said to look at the letter for the spelling!!! Also the return address on the envelope is 2901 Royal Lane, Niagara Falls, ON N6H 4W1. Where is that?
Do these peole think we are dumb!!!
They need to be caught!
