Received a bill from an unknown company 11/22/07 for $1.95 and tried to call them at their contact number to question the charge and could only reach a recording.
The following month on 12/06/07 I received another charge from the same company with a slightly different name for $49.90. Still received a recording when I called the number on my CHASE VISA statement.
Then again on 02/06 they made another charge to this account for $49.90, not sure
why they skipped January. I'm still unable to speak with the company by phone.
I make many auto-payment using this card and wanted to contact this company to resolve this mistake to avoid canceling this account.
Finally on 03/06 when they charged my account again for $49.90 I called CHASE and cancelled the account to put an end to these fraudulent charges. Chase promptly credited my account aneverything "seemed" fine.
One month later CHASE put the charges back on my account claiming the bank that processed the charges assured them this was a real charge made by me because they
had my account address and the three digit security code, CVC. They did not provide any proof to me other than their statement over the phone.
Chase claims this is their final decision and I had to pay for these charges.
I still feel they are wrong after and after 3 more months, 8/06/08, I GOOGLE: 801-578-9019
and not to my surprise, I find endless fraud claims against this number and company.

CHASE credit card company will do nothing to help a card holder in the event of credit card fraud regardless of their hype that they are protecting you.
I will never own a CHASE product again.
