They state a charge of $2.29 for a cd and then days later they charge your card another $39.95 without consent of cardholde

They rip you off by stating you will be charged $2.29 for a cd on obtaining grants. Even without a cd arriving you are next charged for $39.95 without your knowledge.

After calling they state you will be refunded within 3-5 days of which I doubt we'll see.
