I was sent an email by Mrs Blanca Fernadez informing me that my email address has won me 1.7m US Dollar and asked me to call Dr Bekkens Edwin, which I did. That was followed by another email from Mrs Marta de Horna confirming a few questions I had and again asking me to contat Dr Bekkens.
Using a standard form I provided my details and proof of ID (passport) and completed a claim form, emailing them to the from email address but it bounced back. Dr Bekkens then gave me a yahoo email that I have been using. Although I sent emails to him the ones received back all had Mrs Marta de Horna 's name.
We have since been corresponding via email and phone. Between us we have generated a trail of paperwork which has resulted in me paying 10056Euro (1256Euro for Municipal Tax Fee and 8800Euro transfer fee) The municipal transfer fee sounded genuine but I could not understand why I had to pay all that money for a transfer when I only paid 19.50pounds for the TT I made. I was told once you pay this, the winnings will be credited into your a/c. They even sent me a bank transaction showing a transfer and also had a call to confirm I had received the email.
Although he told me not to expect in further surprises, he then came up with snag following changes in the law, that I had to pay a European Union regulatory fee of 23,350Eur. I told him the was no way I could get hold of this amount of money, and if they want I am happy they deduct it off the winning. He told me that was not possible because the money was held somewhere else.
This was too much so I decided to check again how genuine was all this. Obviously before I didn't do a thorough search, after different googles, I came across this website and I was surprised to find the same email sent to me staring at me! I was so numb that when he called I did not have the nerve to tell him I have found out he was a fruad. I am now out of pocket and in debt, I can't even pay my mortgage.
My question is, how could Euro Lottery have ropeholes to allow these people to operate under their umbrella to leap people off? Obviously this person has access to documents which seem to be genuine as well as contacts in the bank to come up with what looked like a genuine transfer document!
