I too feel ripped off by Bender Ball. I saw the infomercial and bought the ball. Then I was charged for a new video from Bender Ball. I did not agree to future shipments. This was in February. I prompty returned the video unwrapped, in the same box with a letter.
I called in April, May, and June to check the status of my refund which, per their Satifacation Guarantee" letter is promised in "10 business days." Now it is July and I still have not been refunded $43.95.
If you get in this trap like I did, call your credit card company right away and dispute it. I kept believing them and now the 90 days to dispute has past. Good luck to all.
