Paid nearly $2,000 for 10 treatments and only received 2! Does anyone know how to get refund?

I paid nearly $2,000 for hair treatment at the Advanced Medical Institute earlier this year and only received 2 treatments before they closed their doors. Does anyone know of a way to get my money refunded?
