Swift Transportation
My 401 K plan is missing

I have worked for the Swift Transportaion for about a year. When I called to find out about my 401K plan they said my info is never to be found. I am not in their system, not even in a payrole department. Unfortunatelly I don' thave my old tax returns, and they are asking for the prove.
Please help
