I noticed a $14.95 charge on my bank statement of which I had no clue as to who AP9 24ProtectPlus-V was. The money was taken on the evening of the 3rd of July. Now it is the 4th and when I called of course they were closed for the holiday. The recording asked for my membership# which of course I have no clue as to what it is, fortunately they also asked for a phone number. At any rate I never heard of this company till today. I never signed up or agreed to anything from this company in any way shape or form. I don't understand how someone can just step in and take your money that you worked hard to get. My bank is closed so i have to wait to protest this unauthorized withdrawal.
