Takes your money, but doesn't ship

I ordered an item from this company and received a confirmation email. Becasue I was going to be out of town, I paid for two day UPS shipping ($20 extra). They withdrew the $80.44 from my bank account but have yet to ship the order. Now I realize this is a comman practice of this company. I wish I had researched this company before placing an order. This is definitely a big ripoff!
